My husband and I financed a van last oct 2018 well the van had issues as I had stated before and they ended up switching vehicles.. well 3 days prior to the tag expires the one from the tag office they decided to fix why it wouldn’t pass emissions so I could get a tag… They kept telling me they were running into problem but fixing them mean while they put us in a loan vehicle. I tried to make a payment last month and no one was at the dealership.. they kept telling me that they would let me know no ow when to pick up van. Well I never heard from them then the loaner car starts messing up. So Wednesday of last week I brought 200 dollars to make abayment and get van hopefully. And to my surprise I find nothing in sight just the business sign.. so now I’m out 2400 on a car that we don’t have and also have a loaner vehicle that I can’t even use because it wount crank. Please help
