Type of a scam Travel/Vacations

I paid around $500 for several trips (with 2 being all inclusive) about $6,000 value. This was to be used at anytime with no time limit. They call nearly everyday saying I need to pay anywhere between $300 and $600 more to extend my package. I don’t want to extend anything. He now left a voice mail saying I will be charged over $2,000 because I didnt "fulfill my obligation to travel" which I cant unless I pay them more. How do I get them to stop?
