Hi,

I have recently made booking on flightsticketgo.com. There ticket prices was low as compared to the other sites. So after selecting my flight detals and entering the passenger information, i have made the payment of ***$ for two passengers. After that i received invoice mentioning the booking price and asking for another payment to complete the booking step. second payment was not mentioned during the booking process, so they mislead the customers and once you complete the first payment, you have no choice except to send them another amount. So the total cost of tickets usually exceeds around 40% of the actual cost.

In my case, i ask to refund the first booking price, they ask to charge ***$ for each ticket. As per them they booked the ticket and got the PNR number from airline and they have to pay the cancellation charges, but when I insisted for refund they start giving me other cheap airline options. So how they can give me other options if they already booked the ticket. They are clearly lying.

At last they said, we can booked only one ticket in this price. The actual cost of the ticket on airline site was ***$ which i got in ***$.

Later i have to send my passport copies which is totally illegal.

i have lost my ***$ but i dont want other people’s to loose their money.

The actual cost should appears on first searching as industry standard. Mostly peoples doesn’t read the terms and conditions that are written somewhere hidden.

i can send you the proof of all communication between them. Please take action against this company.
