Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I ordered an FUXD devuce in their website.They charge me for it they have not sent it and the tracking for it just shows in limbo from the United States Postal Service also do UPS so two different mailing systems are located under their tracking number that was supposed to be delivered July 1 at the latest it’s now July 11 and I’ve tried to reach out to them several times via email with zero response and there’s no phone number to contact this company however they’ve charged me several times and they’re not responding and I just still don’t have a device and it just says it’s in limbo between the US PS and the UPS which is absolutely ridiculous I’ve never heard of such a thing where there’s two different mail carriers so this is a scam and fraudulent.
