Type of a scam Tech Support

On March 2nd I received a message from a tech support company saying they noticed I was having issues with my computer, I didn’t call it back. Today when I was on the computer they called again. I picked up and said my computer was working fine, it’s only 4 months old. The fellow said they had detected single alerts from my computer and that’s why he was calling. I gave him access to my computer. He said he found 30,000 viruses on my computer and started to show me on my computer. He then told me the different plans they had, 1 year, 2 year or lifetime. I told him I had AOL Support and Verizon support, so I didn’t need them. I thanked him and was about to hang up. He told me my computer was crashing and he had to help me now before it was to late. I told him, No, I was all set and hung up. I don’t use my computer for any personal use and don’t even give out my email to companies. Microsoft is going to send me some Cd’s to put in my computer to start it up again. The name of the company was either Fix It or Fix Smart.
