Type of a scam Phishing

This company says it represents a buyer in Mexico who wants to purchase my timeshare in Cancun, Mexico for $28,500. The company has a "Virtual" address; by that I mean, it can have a mail drop, etc. at a facility shared by multiple companies. The Corporate offices are a private home currently for sale. The title company they are using is RE Title,1640 Powers Ferry RD, Marietta, GA 30067

Telephone: (678) 675-0085. This is also an address used by hundreds of companies and they don’t answer the phone. RE Title has sent me some official looking Mexican Government documents which will allow me to sell my proprety in Mexico. I have seen this scam before and at some point after they have supposedly transfered the $28,000 to my account, I will be asked to pay to a Mexican bank $3000 or $4000 as a licensing fee. I believe both companies are operating out of Mexico.
