Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I ordered this product on 5/7/20 ,order # 17600 ,after seeing it advertised on line repeately. "Hot selling Best Universal Car Window sun shade Curtain (fits all cars) x1" for $33.87 including shipping. They promised money back guarantee if not satisfied, which I was not. It was a cheap ,flimsy product that I did not like & proceeded to return it right away. This person, Tmacgrady, is the only name I have . I sent an email that I was returning the product & expected a refund as promised. That’s when things changed. He answered stating it would cost more money that the product to return it, It didn’t: it was $6.84, & instead of returning it, why not gift it to a friend.I said again, I was returning it for a full refund as promised.I tracked the package & sent proof to them that package arrived to their address 6/22/20 @ 9:51 AM.& since then, nothing. I have sent repeated emails that I would be reporting them to the BBB, but only got a bunch of excuses. Sounds like fraud to me.
