Rowan from First to Contact called me out of the blue and said he had a Real Estate lead for me. They only asked what’s the best email and phone to send the lead and then what’s the best credit card number for the fee without any explanation of any terms whatsoever. When I told them to just send me the details via email, they got mad and said they need an agent that can work the lead right now. Very scammy feeling.
