This company is fraud, they allow you to view someone else’s property on your own, then ask you to come down and make a $200 deposit to hold the property until you have been approved. The property owner was found and had not heard of this property and was unaware how they obtained the code to his lock box. When ask where does your money go they are unable to explain.
