the letter tells me I need a copy of the deed to my recently purchased home for a cost of 83 dollars and please respond by 02/10/2017. it deceptively states I need the copy, it is trickery attempting to swindle already overwhelmed home buyers

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
My mother received a bill in the postal mail saying if she wanted a copy of her recent real estate transaction, she would need to send $83.00 to First Documents, P.O. Box 6815, Norco, CA 92860-9948. She is having memory loss and sent the money in. I had a stop payment on the check so they will not get this money. She will only be out about $10.00 for stopping the check. I want others to know about this so they will not fall into this trap by these crooks.
