Type of a scam Debt Collections
Called my brother in law, sister in law, and mother in law before they called me. Saying that I have a loan amount that hasn’t been paid, opened 06/04/2013. Requested original creditor and they are saying they don’t have it. When I continued to ask for the information just told me that they would note that I am not paying on the account. Said I was going to get my lawyer and they rushed me off the phone. When I said I was very confused she just said that they would note I wasn’t making a payment.
