Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I attempted to buy Beats Studio3 wireless headphones from another company (Appliance Tech Part) with the exact same website. Both websites look exactly the same but they will only accept payment in the form of an Amazon gift card paid directly to a personal email address through Amazon/paypal. They have different addresses, phone numbers (non-working), and two different email addresses that accept payment. I was suspicious and did not purchase the headphones.
