Type of a scam Debt Collections

I bank with Fifth Third. This number called my phone (left no voicemail) but when you call there is an automated message which is exactly like Fifth Third Bank’s. It asks for you to put your SS# or account number and primary card holder’s phone number. You do this and then you get connected to a "live agent" that speaks little English and asks for the SS# and/or account number. At this point I refused to give it to them. Looked online and multiple people say it is a debt collection for a "late credit card" payment (which I have none) OR fraud activity on your account. I still refused to give info. Called Fifth Third # on my account and they have said this company is a SCAM and steals money and identify. Recommended I report and call POLICE.
