Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I received a response from your office on August 22, 2018, asking me to file a complaint against the company. We received a document from Fictitious Name Compliance to pay $85.00 by 08/27/2018 for filing forms and publishing our businesses in the paper. If we do not pay, we are informed it is a "second degree misdemeanor, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083." According to the Florida AG, Pam Bondi, new businesses are to watch our for these scams:
