Type of a scam Home Improvement

I have 11 records of this "business" calling me since April 3 2017. I have missed 5 and talked to about 4 people at different times. The conversation begins with them stating that they are a mortgage review "service" company, in the last conversation it was "FHA mortgage relief", and that can provide me with options to reduce my interest, refinance and do home improvements. After their statement they proceed to state a mortgage amount and interest rate "the system currently shows, now is that correct?" basically asking for my personal information.

Once I ask them the type of service their company provides, they either repeat the same statement and provide vague responses or they hang up. I have not gone further into agreeing with them on anything they have stated as my "records shown". I did not get to a point where they began to ask for money but it seemed like that would be the type of follow up questions.

When I attempt to call back the number is ALWAYS busy but I receive the same calls from the same number.
