Type of a scam Online Purchase

Purchased several items from the above fraud website, I never got an email invoice or merchandise. I attempted to contacted seller wirh no response. The seller gave paypal a false usps tracking showing a compled delevery to my adress on may 21. I placed the only order from that website on May 25. I filed a dispute with paypal. Pay pal wronglly sided with seller in light of the obvious date discrepancies. I believe the fraudulent website owner may possibly work at paypal. Website is currently down.
