Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

My lease is up August 23rd, 2019 at Feldman Chevrolet of Highland. I go in there to purchase the vehicle on a full cash deal (no financing). My residual value on the vehicle is listed at $15,607.80. The buyout came out to $16,544.27 after taxes title etc as stated from GM Financial. As you can see from the photo below, they marked up the vehicle $500 without even itemizing the charge. They just baked this into the "market value" of the vehicle. Also, charged a dealer doc fee on a lease buyout which I have learned from GM Financial is not allowed. I saved over $800 purchasing this vehicle from a more ethical dealer that does not abuse their customers. I would stick clear of this dealership as they try to scam you out of hundreds of dollars for "transferring documents & so we can make a bit of profit". That is predatory behavior and the tactics used are not allowed according to GM Financial. I worked with Kurt Chappelle and Jeremy Pastori at the dealership.
