Type of a scam Tax Collection

received ph call on cell stating that i was going to be sued for taxes fraud before the days end and to return call to 202-864-0899. i called because i couldnt clearly understand the mess. the same person that called me answered and ask my name i gave him a false name. he put me on hold and never returned to call after he said he would need to check my case file.
