Received a call from Allen Cooper starting I had won 350,000 and a Mercedes. Ineeded to call manager Natasha Grant for instructions on getting a state tax form from the local IRS office for the taxes owed. The delivery driver Ray Davis said I could use a merchant bank to pay the taxes since there is not a local IRS office.
