Type of a scam Phishing

They left a message on my cell phone saying I would have charges brought against me if I did not call that number back. I had not reported to a magistrate judge in a federal claims court. call them before they arrest me. I have the voice message saved on my phone and would be happy to share if needed. I did not call the number back to see what info they would ask for. I did not want them getting my number. I know some of these are random call out to try and get call numbers back.
