I ordered a product online and was immediately charged for the item on my credit card without any email receipt or confirmation. A rep called me to inform me my product was shipping out and I should receive it in a week. The week passed and still no order confirmation or shipping confirmation was provided. I tried reaching the company via a phone number provided online for 4 days with nobody answering or calling back after leaving several voicemail messages. 3- 4 weeks later after my purchase still no response or product, so had to contact my credit to resolve the issue and refund the transaction.
