Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I ordered a black Cole Haan large vestry tote (photo of this real product appears on the fake website) whose dimensions I know well, as I need a bag for an Apple MacBook Pro laptop.

What they sent was a tiny pocketbook with "Michael Kors" gold name (sloppy unaligned letters!) which could never accommodate any laptop. Junk quality.

I cancelled my order the same day I ordered it: no response until I call my Barclay credit card and explained the junk merchandise they are knocking off, 3 weeks later. They sent an email suggesting I should keep it (useless); and then despite it being their error, demands that I pay for the return. Complete sham.
