Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I purchased what I thought to be a pair of Dr. Martens boots for my daughter for Christmas. They took over one month to arrive and then they were not even close to what I ordered. Completely different style and size of boots. Not even close. Whenever I email their support contact or call the number they have given I get no response or google sends me a delivery incomplete message. When I go to the website and put in the address they give for their business in Pennsylvania it is some random home. This is extremely frustrating. Buyer beware of such sites.

Attached is pic. of what I received. They are a size 5. I ordered a 7 in a leather short fur lined boot. These are fake leather and tall cheaply made. I paid $107.00. They claimed the Dr. Martens boots I was ordering (normally $200) were 1/2 price since they only had one pair left.
