Applied to a job post by Farr Marketing Group on ZipRecruiter. Received an email from a hiring manager offering another position with the firm. Upon the attempt to further inquire regarding the opportunity, they have assumed I accepted the job offer and started giving me instructions and assignments. My attempts to contact Farr Marketing Group directly were carried out by email and telephone. No response was given to my email inquiry. They hung up on me during the the phone conversation the moment I mentioned the supposed hiring manager’s name. The scammers have my personal information such as address, telephone, email, all social media accounts and link to my portfolio. I did not provide my SS#, or date of birth.
