Was buying a gift from this site, a Harry Potter Hogwarts acceptance letter. It has been about a week and I have heard nothing of my order even though they state a 48 hour process time. I have emailed asking about the status of my order to no avail only getting an automated response. Something needs to be done since they do not honor what is stated on the website.

WHAT A SCAM. If only I’d read these complaints before ordering!

I placed an order on December 6 2018, it is now March 14 2019 and I have not received my items or even an email to say they shipped.

I am attempting to contact them wherever I can in hopes of getting my money back. However based on these other complains I guess that’s not likely!

It’s really sad there are still "businesses" like this out there. I can only hope karma will catch up with them one day.

Fantasy Letter has what seems to be a reputable website with glowing reviews only until you dig deeper and see that it is rife with negative reviews here on the BBB sadly I did not see this until just the other day after I had already ordered it. They take your money but do not deliver a product to you. They do not respond to any correspondence and the shipping they make you pay for is never taken.

I made a purchase for two items on the same order. The Hogwarts acceptance letter and then a wallet. I only ever received the acceptance letter and emailed them 3 separate times regarding the other half of my order. Each time I received a generic response that someone would get back to me as soon as possible. They also included a number in their response in which I have reached out to as well with no response. If I review my order on their website it still says preparing for shipment for the wallet. This order was purchased early July and it is now near the end of August.

Fantasy letters is a scam. I ordered a harry potter letter and never received it or return of emails or texts. I want anyone who comes here to know they use PayPal for payment and you can call PayPal to get your money back and report fantasy letters to get them to close fantasy letters account. It takes 11 days to get your money back. They wait 10 days to contact fantasy letters and on the 11th day your money is returned into your account. Its important to let PayPal know. Also you don’t need an actual PayPal account. I bypassed the account option and went straight to using my debit card. I hope this helps. I was upset about being scammed but happy to know I got my money back
