I paid in full $399.99 on 1/9/2020. I emailed the company (famousbed.com) on this same date, and was told I would receive on 16 January.
I was already concerned because of the really low price but even more after I contacted the company via email and realized the lack of punctuation, still I gave a few more days. The company has stopped all contact once I questioned its validity. I also requested a refund from their alleged billing company called Sezzle.
