Ordered in November 2019 for Christmas paid for shipping on all of the items and was told that it was shipped and it should be 7 to 12 day. As of March still no other answer from them and no money back after demanding my money back . Have a vticker on Zeus 95 LLC and still nothing is happening

Ordered something before Christmas 2019…It’s now March and no answers. Total crooks, do not trust them.

Ordered 2 free items but paid shipping of $19.90 on November 20, 2019. I never received a tracking number and 8 weeks later contacted the company. I got excuses but no products. Still waiting on tracking number on order they claimed was resent. I was told it would take 7 to 12 days to receive one. All I want is my shipping cost if 19.90 returned. This company is a scam. Do not trust them and definitely do not order from them.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

My mother ordered a sewing foot pedal set from familyspin.com. The correct amount was taken out, which was 40$ – and she received a email saying thanks for the purchase with a phone number to contact. That was it. She never got a confirmation number or tracking number or anything. We’ve called, and it’s a fake phone number. We’ve emailed, and we get the same email saying thank you for your purchase, with just a phone number. She was definitely scammed. This was months ago now. We visited their Facebook page since and over 40 other women have said they ordered one and never received the product and can’t get ahold of anyone. I googled the address on their page and the ScamPulse.com came up which is how I got here.
