Type of a scam Credit Cards

I get repeated robo calls from different numbers telling me that they can lower my interest rates to less than 4% on my credit cards. I told him that I have $70,000.00 on an Am Ex card and he said What is the expiration date on the American Express card starting with the number 3. I don’t have an Am Ex. He harrassed me 3 times from different numbers, explaining he was from Expirian.
