Type of a scam Rental

They posed as a realty agent trying to rent out a property. Very clearly a scammer and or someone trying to commit identity theft. Asked me dozens of pieces of very sensitive information.

"Greetings ***,

I received your inquiry about a property under my management for rent in *** *** Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6G *** (Coal Harbour no: ***). 

My name is Maxwell. Tjs property was handed over to me by Mr Anthony, the actual owner of the Apartment. He did own and resided in the unit with his wife for a few months with his urgent transfer to Largo,MD. His initial plan was to sell the apartment off to someone else but he found it difficult to let go of the adorable home, So he decided to hand it over to me to rent the unit to a responsible adult/family as tenants who will be willing to take very good care of it in his absence as he is now based in Maryland USA."
