Type of a scam Online Purchase

I had a fraudulent charge applied to my credit card in the amount of $8.62. I canceled the card and received a new one with new account numbers and expiration date. I have not used the card in over a month and with my new card and new numbers again that same charge from Evernote was charged to my account in the amount of $8.62. I have no idea of what this company is or what they provide. But I have made no online purchases with my previous card or with my new card. If these charges show up every month.
