I purchased an item in May 2018 and 2 months later, I have not received any correspondence on the product. During this time, I called the phone number on their website which turned out to be disconnected. I chatted through their website with someone who said that they would ship 2 weeks ago but it wasn’t true. I chatted again today and the chat has no response. It is useless. I lost money to a business that is fake. This scam should be taken down. I do not understand why is this website available to people who can lose their hard earned money?

order *** was placed on February 21, 2018. I have continually emailed them to get my order completed. Keep getting one line answers with no delivery. their phone # is disconnected. Finally on June 6, 2018 I received an online chat reply stating that they could cancel my order and credit my card. To date, no credit has been given, after MANY attempts by myself to demand my refund
