Ms. ***l received an instant message on her phone stating that she has won a $95,000 grant. She received this IM from someone she has been friends with a long time. The friend told her she received $90,000 last week and went as far as to send Ms. *** a picture of the money, for which Ms. *** said looked fake. The wanted Ms. ***  to go purchase 6 amazon gift cards to receive the money. She was also told that they would deliver the money to her home within eight hours.
