Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

I went to the store tried to buy 2 tvs put $136 & $250 cash down to order the 2 tvs but the owner told the bank that the customer recieved the 2 tvs and got funded $5300. There is a list of 20 custimers in my same situation in the accountants office of custiners which have paid for goods they have not recieved. Store owner tony hue haven has already been convicted of scaming over $200,000 dollars (per the modesto bee newspaper and is set for sentencing on january 7th, 2016….. Plz help stop the scaming moving forward if it is so true.
