Type of a scam Online Purchase
I got suckered into a purchase (which ends up being a subscription that you cannot cancel).
Their website states to email them to cancel. I have done this several times AND have tried to contact them via phone, social media etc. to no avail.
This company is literally scamming people. They will not communicate (I’ve only seen responses via Facebook to the positive comments) they only send a canned message.
I want my subscription cancelled. Not allowing people to do this via their account is completely absurd and should be illegal.
