I ordered a portable jucuzzi and after they took 29 days to ship then it was lost so they shipped another taking same amount of time and it was lost. I asked for money back and they said they can’t give all back because I have to pay handling for something I never recieved. Also post office showed me the tracking and the item they shipped was 0 pounds and 0 ounces. How can a Jacuzzi weigh nothing. Total scam and they said the portion of money they will give back may be 14 days..rediculous!

Selling a fake jacuzzi and not delivering anything! I email and they respond but I had my aunt watching for it because I’m not home and she is and she didn’t see anything show up or arrive and get delivered. I want my money back because I didn’t know this was a scam website and I’m glad they’ve been shut down.

Selling a fake hot tub use a different company brand name and logo. Something needs to be done about this.
