I made an order totaling $49 for a product that isn’t even on their website anymore. The emails team and help at eardots.co are indeed fake. ! There must be a way for these scammers to return people’s money. They also have youtubers making content to promote their scam.

I searched for wireless ear buds on google, and a company called Eardots had many google shopping adds for ear buds. I placed an order through their website, received an order confirmation email, then never heard anything more. I attempted to email them at two listed support emails: [email protected] and [email protected] but neither are real addresses. There is no address listed on their site but it claims they are located in Los Angeles, CA.
