I received a survey that said I would receive a prize just pay postage. The next month I was charged $49.99. I didn’t see any small print for the extra charge. I won’t be doing any surveys again! Of course, I can’t find a phone number for this company.

I had ordered a necklace online and received an email for a survey about the item. At the ed of the survey it said I could claim a flashlight for a $4.99 s&h fee. The following month I had $49.99 taken off of my check card. I will be fighting this.

I opened a email which stated if you complete a survey, you would get a reward. I completed the survey and it next asked me choose the reward I would like to receive. It showed different products that I could choose. My understanding was that I would only have to pay for shipping. I paid $4.99 for shipping. One month later, I have a $49.99 charge on my credit card. I called the company and asked what was the charge for. They said it was the item I bought. I told them that my understanding was that the item was free and that I would only need to pay for shipping from the reward. They said no. The survey on line was from CVS Pharmacy so I trusted the sight. Oh well, live and learn. I will not do any surveys again which claims if you complete the survey you get a reward.
