I received an email from a familiar store to complete a survey for a free gift. The only gift available was face lotion with a $4.95 shipping cost. I fell for it and got the product but 2 weeks later, I had a charge on my visa for $89.99. I had unwittingly signed up for a subscription. I called the 800 number and got a refund but beware of "surveys" and so called "gifts". The scary part is, I received a similar survey months later, turned it down but was later contacted by phone to thank me for my order, I told them I didn’t order anything but I was charged on my visa. 4.95 the first time and 2 weeks later, 89.99! They still had my visa number!!!
