pop-up while on the internet that Microsoft has detected a problem. The company is Dial Infotech, Indian accent. Wanted to log into my computer, fix it and charged $399 on my credit card. I finally realized I’d been scammed and pulled all plugs and did a hard shut-down. I received many phone calls, even one while I was at the Apple store having any suspicious activity removed. The employee spoke with this man and told him we would not need the services, they were taking care of it at the apple store. I also called my credit card co. and asked them not to approve the charge but they said I had wait until the transaction went through as it was pending at the point.
