Type of a scam Tax Collection

I have received many e-mail from different numbers from they say Equifax. That our s.s. numbers and personal information has been hacked.

I erased them, but now I am receiving calls from someone claiming to be from the Dept. of IRS. The area code is in Dallas, Texas; it is a

home phone. The calls are very loud as if they were on a speaker system. It said this is a final official courtesy service call to inform us that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you for money owed.
