On 6/27/15 I received the 8th call from Skype caller 661-748-024?. They said they were from Dell and from what I could understand his name was Alex Walker. He said there were email errors attacking important Microsoft applications on my computer. He gave me a service tag # of *** and a serial # of ***. He said is that your #, I did not respond to that. He then gave me an email address, he said he would prove to us that what he was telling us was true. He told me to windowsr, eventvwv, ok, custome views, admin events and then go to a special website teamviewer.com to join a remote control session, hit run, yes, then we were given an ID #, entered a password, hit trustworthy at that point I again told them I do not know who you are and they kept repeating that they were from dell and they had already told me everything about my computer and they kept saying "Oh my God" that my coputer had been being used by other people. They showed me on task Mgr. that there were 2 files with a virus. They went on to show me under (current connection=5) that 5 people from Russia C:\\russia were using my computer. They went on to say that only windows has permission to block all 5 hackers and they would connect me to them. After a pause it sounded like someone had put something over there mouth and were now taling. They told me to pay $49.99 to block the hackers and that it would pay for the license keys to block the keys on the server. They continued to "Oh my God" throughout the call. I told them I would have to talk it over with my husband and what was the number they could be reached at, they gave me 609-379-3365 Texas (Brad Joseph). I called Dell Corp. and told them about this and they said they did not call me. These individuals need to be contacted and put out of business.
