Phone message left @ 11:07 AM by a "David Grey," saying we need to call them at 516-206-6598. Caller speaks with a foreign accent. Accent have elements of British influence to the accent, however the caller placed incorrect stress on some syllables in words. I have transcribed the message here:
"Hi. My name is David Grey and this is message is intended to contact you regarding an enforcement action exeCUTEd by the US Treasury intending your serious ???? (garbled). Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid an issue appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense.
My number is 516-206-6598. I repeat, it’s 516-206-6598. I advise you to cooperATE with us and help us to help you. Thank you."
