Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered 4 pairs of boots from a website that was linked from an ad on Instagram. The website seem legitimate because they had all the updated photos of Irish Setter boots. The domain for the website was irishsettereoutlet.com. I added 4 pairs of boots to my cart and checked out using my credit card. I received the following email from "[email protected]". Note email came from a different domain name than where I ordered. Here is the email text I received:

Dear customer,

Congratulations on your successful purchase of our ultra-low-cost limited promotional products!

Product: Irish Setter Men’s 17-inch Waterproof Neoprene/Rubber Pull-On Boot,1,25.00,Irish Setter Men’s 10-inch Waterproof Leather Boot,1,29.00,Irish Setter Men’s 12-inch Waterproof Leather and Insulated Boot,1,30.00,Irish Setter Men’s 8-inch Waterproof Leather Boot,1,25.00.

—————– END OF EMAIL

I waited 2 weeks then tried to email the address provided above and submit contact information and inquiry on the website as well but didn’t hear any response. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and now the fake merchant has come back to try to show they sent something to my address. I received a fake Christian Dior scarf in the mail and the tracking number on this package match the one they sent as proof of sending me something back to my credit card company. Obviously, this is a scam where you purchase one thing and they send you a very cheap fake item from China and try to scam the credit card company into believing they are fulfilling the online order. I will continue to work with credit card company to get this resolved and I have submitted statements to them saying I have not received anything which I ordered from this fake merchant.
