I baught an item it was shipped broken waited 30 days with zero support to be shipped back my broken item

See i looked them up and apparently this has happened to everyone and the company just changed its name to dabtech vaporizers started a new website

So in a sence they used the first company dabado to con people outta of money with broken items to start up there new buisness dabtech vaporizers, sweeping it all under the mat like noone could figure this out

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

Purchased an order on November 28th received an email saying it was shipped on November 29th no further information has been provided USPS States I have not received the package I have sent in multiple tickets asking for someone within customer service to contact me back I have also tried and called the number that is provided it says that they are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. mountain standard time when calling it says that you have reach them outside of business hours that was as of yesterday or Monday December 3rd at 11 a.m. eastern standard time making it 9 a.m. Mountain Standard Time I tried to call multiple times throughout the day receiving the same exact message that I had reached them unfortunately outside of business hours I purchased the bolt 2 they charged my card and still I have not been contacted back by customer service been able to reach their customer service or received my item or any further tracking information
