Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

Ordered a set of blackout curtains from Cuztomgiftbox. Product delivered 2 weeks later, Not blackout curtains and they were supposed to have a beach scene on them but both panels were the same so when pulled together they did not make proposed beach picture. Tried their customer service email but it was sent back to me as not valid. Looked on website- no phone #. They did have return procedure so I mailed package back to them at my expense and it was returned to me yesterday saying invalid address. So with purchase price and postal fee I am out $. I should have checked further, but I have had such good luck with online orders I thought I could trust this site.
