CTT technologies Inc. offered me a job. Human resource manager Davie Brandon mailed me a check to help company start business startup in houston Texas. I deposited the check then he asked me to help to use cash pay for company expenses. The first deposit was to *** ***, JpMorgean chase bank and account number is ***. The second deposit was to *** *** ***, Wells Fargo account ***. However the company check was bad, and David Brandon disappeared. I lost $5800.00.

Received email stating my "application was received via CareerBuilder/LinkedIn" with word document delineating job responsibilities. Seemed fairly legit. I responded expressing interest. They sent another email saying they would call and asking for a number, which I gave them. They called but I was unable to answer, after which I got an email asking me three questions, including describing myself in three words and asking how I work under pressure. I responded to those and then I got an email today stating that I was hired. The oddest part of the whole thing is that the email states they are "opening a branch" in ‘my city’ without actually naming the city. They offered to send a check for office supplies and hotel reservations, asking only for my name, address, and phone number. They also offered to send me a laptop computer. The pay is supposed to be $1,500/week. Obviously this is too good to be true and I have seen similar scams posted on scam sites. The website seems to be legit but is very sparse. The logo and address on the letters that were attached to the email were identical to the website, though the phone number was different. I requested information via the website contact form and am waiting to hear back.
