Type of a scam Phishing
A gentleman claiming to be, Joseph Morrison, from a private division of CSP calling about sending documents of former complaints to your residence/work address. They ask you to have your ID ready to receive documents. 252.281.2218….Number supposedly from North Carolina. I refused to answer after hearing the first voicemail and looking it up. Pretty sure it’s a scam.
