Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

Email was initiated from scam company by linking owner name to the address they used and sending request for payment to company accounting department under that false name. The email referenced a specific invoice number and that payment was due with overdue fees pending if not addressed in an attempt to create false urgency. They sent a copy of the invoice as well which contained our business name and address so I could not attach as example. It was obvious some research was done however because items listed in the invoice at a glance could be related to our business though "Latin" was used!

Type of a scam Debt Collections

I receive phone calls from a company named CRS Solutions claiming that I committed fraud on a payday loan, and that they are planning on sending me to court, and having my wages garnished. When I told them that they can take me to court if they wanted, the collector stated "no problem and good luck". This collector had the last 4 digits of my social security number, a closed out bank account, my email address, and the name of my last employer. I receive these calls quite often, they have called my mother, my last employer, and my husband. I want the calls the stop, this is the number they contacted me from..203-456-8610 xt 3009.
