You check into the Crown Choice Hotel in Mackinaw City MI without a reservation and then change your mind because prefer to stay somewhere else and when you ask for a refund 5 min after paying you are told that you cannot get one because you did not cancel your stay a minimum of 24hr’s in advance even though you did not have a reservation and walked in off the street. You leave the hotel after arguing with the desk clerk and about a refund and stay at another hotel. And when you complain to your bank that they charged for services not rendered the hotel management says that you stayed in the room and uses your check in information as evidence to support the scam.
