Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

Applyed to a rental property in my area that didn’t exist and was told to get credit report from above named company and did.But when I tried to contact the fictional person to see property,they would not reply back.So I had my wife reply to the same rental and she received the same email to click on credit updates to get report which cost a dollar for the first 7days and if you didn’t cancel within that 7 days the cost would be 29.99 a month.Again no such rental property existed.There just hoping you don’t cancel within the 7days so they can’t get the 29.99 out of you.
